The Titanic on Trial

There's an event of great interest to history buffs and legal eagles beginning today in Waco. As part of their studies in trial law, students from the Baylor School of Law are taking both sides in a mock trial centering around the sinking of the H.M.S. Titanic in 1912. With more than 1,000 pages of documents and computer simulations of the accident as part of the exhibits, this should be a fascinating four-day event. I wish I had the time to take off work and go down and watch a bit of the trial.

UPDATE after the first day of the trial, with photo links.
