It's a Clock. It's Cool.

I found this today on John Gushue's blog. It's called a timeline clock. Moving from right to left, it shows the movement of seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years...you get the idea. I guess you could use this as a screensaver if you wanted to, but I'd probably just sit there staring at it all day, getting nothing done.

Not that that's a bad thing, mind you.

that's pretty cool and fun to watch.

Ooh, I do not like that. It makes me feel robotic.

That thing is hypnotic. I stared at it for longer than I care to admit...

Love the vacuum quote...I can relate to that one, esp. right now...
That timeline thingy kinda makes me feel anxious...

I like that vaccuum quote.

I added that time clock to my favorites and I don't know why. I think it hypnotized me to do so.

It's been four or five days now, and I'm still staring at this dang clock. I watch the seconds go by, then stare at the minuites, then get real sleepy and watch the hours crawl slowly past. I mean, I haven't gone to work, haven't gone outside, haven't even taken a bath or watched HGTV. I've just been sitting here, mesmerized.

About the second day of looking at the clock, a small voice from somewhere behind my head started talking to me. It said that an advanced race of beings will be invading Earth soom, and said this clock is the way that they will make humans complacent when the invasion begins. They asked me to help spread the word, but now I realize maybe I shouldn't have put this on the web.

When the invasion begins and these little guys (they're only three feet tall and look like green fire hydrants) come calling, forgive me.

Wow, I'm watching my life just waste away.
